Mrs. Lauritin Combs

Was born in the Republic of Panama, where she studied civil engineering before moving to the Tampa, area. She has lived in the United States of America since 1995. In 2005 she graduated from Hillsborough Community College with an Associate in Science Degree, Legal Assistant/Paralegal. Since graduation Mrs. Combs has worked for several law firms in the in the State of Florida, assisting attorneys with Family Law, Real Estate, Wills and Probate, Bankruptcy, Insurance claims, Personal Injury and many other matters. Most notably Mrs. Combs served as lead Paralegal on the TACA-390 international aviation catastrophe case, where in 2009-2010 she traveled with a team of U.S. attorneys to Central America in support of a multi-faceted litigation campaign that spanned multiple jurisdictions and claims. She was also instrumental in the Garcia vs Best for Less Food Mart et al (Hillsborough County, Florida) case that resulted in a landmark record setting verdict in May of 2012.

Currently, Ms. Combs leads the RJS Law Group firm as Office Manager and Legal Administrator, where she works with a team of legal assistants, paralegals and attorneys. She is a Notary Public and an affiliate member of The Fund Services, LLC.

Lauritin is a wife and a proud mother of a teenager daughter. She stays active in the community with her church and through teaching sewing basics and techniques to teenage girls.
